Ready to rock? Not only your morning routine makes the difference, your nighttime routine is equally important. We all talk about being successful during the day and the importance of a morning routine.

Mornings are made the night before!

A successful evening and night routine will set you up for a fresh morning.

  1. Brain dump: Get your head empty of all of these to-dos, so you can truly relax. The best way is writing down what is in your head. Write down every single thing that comes to your mind. Whatever it is! This not only allows you to create your to-do list for the next day, but also unload. You don't need to worry about forgetting anything, because you have it all in writing!

  2. Screen time: We are all guilty of browsing on our phone, chatting on Facebook, checking emails when trying to unwind. Limiting screen time and reading a real book, stretching or taking a bath can help you to calm down and get ready for night time.

  3. Bedtime alarm: Set your alarm clock - not only for waking up, but as a reminder to go to bed. The better you sleep, the better your morning will be!
