Would you like to sell 20, 30, 40 or even 50 home per year? Awesome! We will tell you exactly how to do it. It all comes down to one word: Leverage.

In my first year in Real Estate I was able to sell 79 homes. An incredible number!

There are five different key qualifications for more transactions:

  • Showing partner: Showing homes is very time consuming. Because: The average buyer has a look at 10 to 15 homes before actually putting in an offer! I had a client going through 105 homes before finding the right one for his family. Pairing up with a showing partner allows you to manage your time efficiently!

  • ISA: An Inside Sales Agent will be working on calling your leads, setting more appointments for you. If you are like most agents, you are pretty good when it comes to talking to clients. Therefore, you might add an ISA to your team after you found a showing partner.

  • Listing Coordinator: When selling a high number of homes, a Listing Coordinator can ease the process by taking all that admin work off your shoulders. As soon as you sign a listing, you can hand off the paperwork to your listing coordinator, who will take it from there.

  • Transaction Coordinator: A Transaction Coordinator is handling all the paperwork, making sure that the client can go from the pending status to closing seamless.

  • Marketing Coordinator: A marketing coordinator will take over all the marketing for your listings, take care of lead generation, blog, social media and everything connected to this.

At The Novak Team in Everett we actually have full time administrators in each of these positions as well as four full time ISA in house. Training all coordinators and ISAs by myself and established coaches gives us the best leverage possible.
