LPMAMA is officially dead!

Bad news: LPMAMA is officially dead!

LPMAMA, the strategy standing for “location, price, motivations, another agent, mortgage and appointment“ is an evergreen for many real estate agents. Almost every agent works after the LPMAMA principle when talking to clients.

LPMAMA is dead. It’s ineffective when you want to convert leads on a high level!

Why? The answer is simple: People don’t want to be sold. People don’t like to be talked to without you listening.

When talking to clients, we tend to focus on the house and not on the person. LPMAMA is all transactional!

What is better than relying on LPMAMA?

  • Connect on a human level.

  • It’s all about the client – so connect with this person as am human.

  • Be genuinely curious about their story.

  • Start with their WHY and work from there.

  • Having a conversation instead of a sales talk will help you to connect and set more appointments, resulting in selling more houses.

At the Novak Team, we follow a script that we build into every call. This way, we make sure to connect with the person and not just the potential client. We cover topics like location and price – but we focus on them later, bringing the person in the foreground.
