  • Sandbox: Surround yourself with winners and like-minded people. The right sandbox will set you up for success, no matter if it's about being in the right office or with the right team!

  • Know and manage your numbers: Track weekly and monthly calls, appointments, consultations, signed listings or buyers’ agreements, closings, lead flow, P&L. This will give you an idea about where you stand and where you can improve!
