Rachael has been involved in the service of people since 2005. She is Mom to three kids (and one golden retriever), is married to her best friend & business partner, and is an avid CrossFitter.
Rachael previously co-owned a restaurant company with her husband that she worked in on and off over the years between raising their kids. She then coached group fitness training classes and directed a CrossFit Kids program at a local affiliate in Lynnwood. Before all of that, she worked as a licensed admin assistant to a commercial real estate agent and a developer in Whatcom County.
After teaming up and going all-in as residential real estate agents in early 2017, the Novaks helped over six dozen families. Now, Rachael and Mike have built their team to over a couple dozen teammates and growing!
